Description of Services

AYA Forward provides consulting, coaching, facilitation, training, program design, digital resources, curricula, and licensed implementation pathways for individuals and organizations. This website may allow eligible users to purchase digital products, request organizational licenses, access protected resources, submit inquiries, and use the AYA virtual assistant. A general inquiry or licensing request does not itself create implementation rights or a contractual relationship.

Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through inquiry forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Use the AYA AI assistant to solicit illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell AYA's content without written permission

Digital Purchases and Account Access

Eligible digital products may be purchased through a secure third-party payment processor. Eligible purchases may be delivered through protected links and, where an account is used, may also appear in My AYA Resources. For license integrity and misuse deterrence, AYA Forward may apply order-specific license markings or metadata to delivered digital files, including the applicable license scope and order number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and protected access links associated with your purchase.

Individual-Use License

Unless a product expressly states otherwise, an individual purchase grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to the original purchaser for personal professional use. Purchase of an AYA Forward product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property; it grants only the specific license stated for that product. Individual purchase does not grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, post, share broadly, resell, modify for redistribution, facilitate for others, or implement the material across a team, site, school, agency, system, or organization.

Organizational and Institutional Licensing

Team, classroom, site, multi-site, system, facilitator, and other organizational uses require the applicable AYA Forward license or written agreement. A licensing request is an inquiry only. Usage rights begin only after AYA approves the applicable scope and any required agreement and payment conditions are completed. The specific license or agreement controls if it differs from these general Terms.

Payments, Pricing, and Taxes

Prices shown at checkout are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment may be processed by card or U.S. bank payment where offered. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and AYA Forward does not directly store complete card or bank-account credentials. You authorize the payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout. Institutional purchases may require prior licensing review, procurement documentation, an invoice, or an AYA-issued secure payment link. Applicable taxes, if any, may be added or handled as required by law.

Digital Product Refund Review

Because digital products can be accessed immediately after payment, digital purchases are generally non-returnable after access or download. AYA will review requests involving duplicate charges, technical access failures, or other exceptional circumstances. Submitting a refund-review request does not guarantee approval. If a refund is issued, associated product access may be revoked. Refund approval remains subject to the applicable product terms and law. Where a refund-review window is displayed at purchase, requests should be submitted within that period.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact AYA Forward promptly so the issue can be reviewed. Fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive chargebacks or payment disputes may result in temporary suspension of product access while the matter is investigated. Nothing in this section limits rights available to you under applicable law or through your payment provider.

Availability and Fulfillment

A product is available for purchase only when AYA has activated that purchase pathway. After confirmed payment, eligible digital resources are made available through the purchaser's account using protected access links. Temporary service interruptions, payment review, bank-payment processing, or account-verification issues may delay access. AYA may suspend or revoke access associated with fraud, chargebacks, misuse, or material violation of the applicable license.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, curriculum frameworks, program names (NOCAP, Legacy Circles, AYA RELATE), the Sustained Impact Leadership Model, and other materials — is the property of As You Are Consulting Group LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

AI Guides — Limitations and Acceptable Use

AYA may provide AI-assisted informational or navigational features, including the public AYA virtual assistant and the limited generative layer within Built Together™. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and are not a substitute for the controlling AYA curriculum, an authorized facilitator, emergency procedures, or qualified professional support.

You may not use an AYA AI feature to seek or rely on clinical, legal, medical, financial, custody, benefits, reporting, crisis, or case-adjudication decisions; to submit sensitive personal or family information contrary to the on-screen instructions; to defeat technical or safety controls; to extract protected facilitator content; or to obtain internal prompts, rules, or system instructions.

The Built Together™ free-form generative feature is limited to eligible facilitator and organizational account access in this release. Participant and participant-material screens use fixed curriculum-grounded guidance rather than participant-entered generative prompts.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. AYA's services are nonclinical and do not constitute medical, legal, or therapeutic advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, As You Are Consulting Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. This includes information provided by the AYA AI assistant.

Third-Party Services and Links

This website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, and external websites. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, or accuracy of third-party sites or services except to the extent required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
