Founder Bio
Ruschelle Reuben is the Founder and CEO of As You Are Consulting Group LLC and the architect of AYA Forward, a human-centered consulting, curriculum and implementation platform spanning learning, leadership, family connection and later-life advocacy.
Her career includes leadership across school-level administration, districtwide student and family support, teaching and learning, chief-level public education leadership, state government and correctional education. That experience informs AYA's central operating question: what does it take for a strong idea to survive contact with real systems, real constraints and real people?
Through AYA Forward, she develops curricula, institutional solutions, professional learning, leadership tools, family and reentry programming, evaluation structures and implementation supports designed for practical use rather than theoretical completeness.
Her speaking and media work centers on the intersection of systems, implementation, human behavior and the decisions institutions make when the stakes are real.
