Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

• Submit a partnership or coaching inquiry through our contact form (name, email, organization, role, and message)
• Submit an educational advocacy or care navigation inquiry (your name, contact preferences, general location, situation category, requested level of support, funding preference, timing, and any brief overview you voluntarily provide)
• Interact with AYA, our public AI assistant (conversation content you choose to share)
• Subscribe to updates or request a capability statement
• Create an account, purchase a digital product, request licensing, or access protected resources
• Submit a refund-review request or communicate with AYA about an order

For institutional business development, AYA may also maintain limited professional business-contact information received through referrals or found in public professional sources, such as an organization name, professional role, business contact details, and publicly available organization information. We use that information to assess organizational fit, personalize relevant business outreach, and manage follow-up. Recipients may ask AYA to stop direct outreach.

We also collect limited technical and usage information automatically, such as browser type, pages visited, general location data, referral or campaign source, and commerce-journey events such as product views, checkout movement, purchase confirmation, secure-download redemption, and support or refund activity. A randomly generated browser visitor key may be used to estimate unique commerce journeys without storing payment credentials in the analytics event stream.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and assess whether AYA's services are a fit for your needs
• To communicate with you about partnerships, coaching, or program opportunities and manage organizational relationship stages such as qualification, proposals, procurement, contracting, and follow-up
• To improve our website content, user experience, and service offerings
• To process and document purchases, licensing requests, customer access, receipts, refund reviews, and purchase-support cases
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraudulent activity

Advocacy Inquiries and Sensitive Information

Our initial advocacy intake is intended only for general contact and service-fit information. Do not submit student names, school records, diagnoses, medical records, insurance or benefit identification numbers, financial account information, or other detailed confidential materials through the public form. Advocacy inquiries are recorded in an administrator-restricted workspace for review, outreach, scope planning and follow-through. Email notifications to AYA identify that an inquiry arrived and provide a secure-workspace reference; they do not include the client narrative. More detailed information, if needed for an engagement, will be requested separately with appropriate authorization and secure handling procedures.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, authenticate users, host protected files, provide analytics, send communications, or process payments. Payment-card and bank-account details are handled by third-party payment providers and are not intended to be stored directly in AYA Forward's application database. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information using industry-standard security practices. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Analytics

This website uses cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site and to improve content, customer experience, and commerce performance. Google Analytics 4 measures visits to public marketing pages and limited successful inquiry events; form message text, names, email addresses, private curriculum pages, and payment or access tokens are not intentionally sent as analytics event fields. AYA Forward also maintains a limited first-party commerce event stream that can record page or product stage, referral or campaign source, an anonymous browser visitor key, product or order identifiers where applicable, and transaction-stage information. This event stream is not intended to contain customer message content, card numbers, bank-account credentials, or other payment credentials. You can control cookies and browser storage through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some website functionality or reduce attribution accuracy.

AI Assistant — AYA

AYA is the public virtual assistant to As You Are and the AYA Forward brand. AYA helps visitors explore public pathways, products, curricula, services and website destinations, and routes requests for individualized follow-up to AYA Forward contact forms. Conversation content is processed to generate AYA’s response and may be handled by AYA’s platform and AI service providers under their applicable data-processing terms. For abuse prevention, AYA may retain limited privacy-minimizing technical metadata such as a one-way visitor key, time window and request count; the public chat rate-limit record is not intended to store raw IP addresses or chat content. Do not share names, contact details, medical or legal records, financial information, case identifiers or other sensitive personal information in the public chat. Public AYA does not have access to the founder’s private email, calendar, Drive, financial records, client files or private executive-assistant system, and AYA is not a counselor, therapist, clinician, lawyer or financial advisor.

Built Together™ Guide — Limited Generative AI

Certain authorized Built Together™ facilitator and organizational accounts may use a limited generative-AI feature to ask short curriculum questions. The question is processed by an AI service to generate a response. AYA does not create a Built Together™ chat-history record containing the question or generated answer and does not use those questions as curriculum memory. AYA may maintain privacy-minimizing usage-control data, such as a one-way account hash, usage date, request count, and last-request time, to manage access, cost, and abuse prevention.

The free-form generative feature is not enabled on Built Together™ participant or participant-material screens in this release. Those screens use fixed curriculum-grounded guidance instead. Users of the generative feature are instructed not to submit names, contact information, case identifiers, health information, diagnoses, private messages, financial information, legal documents, correctional or court details, family narratives, or other sensitive information.

AI processing may involve AYA's platform and AI service providers under their applicable data-processing terms. The Built Together™ Guide is educational and navigational only and is not therapy, crisis response, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, custody mediation, benefits determination, reporting advice, or case adjudication.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at rr@asyourareconsultinggroup.com. Residents of certain states may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
