Check the purchase email for your order number and secure delivery link. If the link has expired, has already been used, or the email never arrived, select the matching support category.
Refund review
Digital products are generally non-returnable after access or download. AYA reviews duplicate charges, technical access failures, and other exceptional circumstances individually. A support case can answer refund questions, but it does not start the formal refund-review process.
For a formal review, sign in or create an account with the same email used at checkout, open the order in My AYA Resources, and choose Request refund review.
