Identify the learners and setting
Document the student or participant population, number of sites, instructional context, accessibility needs and any safety or participation requirements. A curriculum developed for one delivery context should not automatically be assumed ready for another.
- Learner age and setting
- Number of facilitators and sites
- Proposed delivery schedule and instructional time
- Policies, accessibility and data safeguards relevant to the setting
Examine the work behind the license
Ask what the license authorizes: digital access, print or offline companions, facilitator materials, participant materials, training, updates, evaluation instruments and local adaptation rights. Those elements may have different controls and are not automatically included in every offering.
Review implementation and procurement
Before a purchase or pilot, define who prepares facilitators, how delivery quality is reviewed, and which procurement requirements apply. AYA Forward has a Maryland eMMA supplier profile and provides institutional scope review and a capability statement; that does not imply Maryland Department of Education endorsement or state approval.
- Written license and permission terms
- Facilitator roles and orientation
- Delivery milestones and support model
- Budget, purchasing authority and documentation
AYA's curriculum options
AYA Forward's NOCAP and family-focused curricula are available to explore through program pages. Institutional pricing is provided after the proposed use, license rights, implementation conditions and support needs are reviewed. Your scope and fee are confirmed before you commit.
This guide describes AYA Forward's service model, not a comparative review of another provider or a legal interpretation of education policy. Services and costs are confirmed during scope review.
