Evidence + Public Record

Credibility should be inspectable.

AYA Forward separates experience, evidence, contracts, active development and pilots so prospective partners can understand what has actually been done, what is being tested and what is ready for implementation.

The AYA proof standard

No borrowed authority. No inflated outcomes. No confidential stories used as marketing collateral. Claims should match the maturity and evidence of the work.

Public record where appropriate
Measured evidence where available
Clear maturity labels
Protected client + participant privacy

Proof in Practice

Different evidence for different stages of work.

Measured

Harambe participant experience

Structured post-experience evaluation captured participant connection, overall experience and what should be protected or refined in the next design cycle.

AYA distinguishes participant feedback and measured experience from broader causal outcome claims.

Contracted

Legacy Forward public-sector delivery

An executed instructor agreement establishes a real public-sector delivery pathway for older-adult programming, with Legacy Circles prepared for structured implementation and evaluation.

Contracted work is identified as contracted—not represented as completed impact before delivery occurs.

Active Development

Correctional + reentry program design

AYA is developing differentiated short-series programming around identified service needs, including family reconnection, learning and women-centered leadership/economic agency.

Development-stage work is clearly separated from implemented or measured work.

Controlled Pilot

Older-adult advocacy + navigation

AYA has begun a documented individual-client advocacy pilot using formal intake, authorization, scope, assessment, support planning and coordination workflows.

Client identity and private case information are not published as proof.

Evidence Discipline

What counts as credible proof.

Stage clarity

AYA labels work as measured, contracted, active development, controlled pilot or established offering so prospective partners can see its actual maturity.

Evidence before claims

Evaluation data, implementation records, contracts and public records are used to support specific statements rather than broad unsupported outcome claims.

Privacy by design

Client, student, participant and institutional confidentiality is preserved; proof does not depend on publishing sensitive case detail.

Implementation matters

AYA evaluates not only whether an idea is strong, but whether people, permissions, training, access, logistics and evidence systems are ready for delivery.

For Prospective Partners
