Founder-led pilot

Begin in one facility, classroom or defined cohort. AYA facilitates directly, confirms operational fit, observes participant engagement and establishes the conditions for responsible expansion.
Build internal capacity
Develop
Prepare approved staff to facilitate NOCAP with fidelity. Training can include facilitator development, practice, implementation guidance and a trainer-of-trainers pathway where appropriate.
Institutional licensing

Move from a successful local implementation to defined institutional use. Licensing can include curriculum access, authorized reproduction, evaluation tools and implementation standards.
