The electronic workspace is the primary implementation home; license-stamped print/offline companions are available for approved use. Organizations may begin with an AYA-facilitated series, license one approved site, or scope a multi-site/system implementation. Pricing is provided after AYA reviews setting, number of sites, facilitator needs, delivery model, participant access needs, support, evaluation and procurement requirements.

AYA-Facilitated Series

AYA leads the Legacy Circles experience directly for a defined group, series, pilot, residency, or organizational engagement.

Licensed Site Implementation

One approved site implements More Times Ahead through the protected electronic workspace under defined term, facilitator, participant-material, evaluation, version-control, print/offline, and attribution requirements.

Multi-Site / System License

A recreation system, senior-living network, agency, department, or other multi-site organization receives controlled electronic implementation rights across multiple approved locations under one scoped agreement.
